What we cook

From the Swiss side: cheese fondue moitié-moitié, raclette scraped at the table, rösti, cordon-bleu, filet de bœuf served on hot stone, fondue bourguignonne and much more.
From the Lebanese side: a full mezze of tabbouleh, fattoush, hummus, makanek and shanklish, charcoal grills, and arak poured cold.
